Get back to a normal sleep cycle to regenerate your cells. Most of biological process are even higher during the night, so it’s important to sleep enough! For that, switch off all screens in the evening, and read a book which is a good aid for sleep.
Like a student that will organise his schoolbag and pencil case the day before the start of the school year, you could chose your dress, prepare your computer and work stuff on Sunday evening. You will avoid Monday’s morning precipitation and come back peacefully in the office.
And why not add some more good resolutions, using the stairs instead of the lift, or taking a gym subscription … To find your rhythm slowly.
