Your pre-school to-do list !


See you soon swimming pool chill out, nap on the beach and endless night drinks … Because it’s time to go back to work! Instead of feeling nervous and depressed, let’s give you some ideas TO FACE UP THE RETURN FROM SUMMER HOLIDAYS !

1. Cooking good meals !

Cooking good meals, to eat fresh and healthy during your lunch break AND to keep longer your tan. Indeed, eating a food rich in beta-caroten such as melon, sweet potato or tomato, will help you to keep your nice tanned complexion for longer!

2. Peeling gently your face

After many sun exposures, it’s important to remove the dead cells skin, in order to have a softer, brighter and more luminous skin!
