It’s tingling, burning, scratching … No doubt, it’s winter coming soon! So open your eyes, we will explain to you how to PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THE COLD !
1- I DRAW MY « STOP COLD SNAP » GRANDMOTHER REMEDY
I cut large slices of a lemon (an organic lemon to keep the skin), and some small pieces of fresh ginger. I mix the ginger and the lemon in a honey jar, before to leave it in the fridge.
It’s ready! You can eat one spoon every morning to fight against the cold, strenght your body … plus, it’s delicious and all the family can taste it!
2- I PROTECT MY HANDS
Exposed and washed very often, your hands need some help to rebuild the lipidic barrier and protect themselves from external aggressions. Think about your Honey hands cream that you could apply after each washing, or as much as you need it during the day.
3- I AVOID SKIN CRACKING
The « lethal weapon » that you should always keep in your bag : the Honey lips balm ♥ it repairs, nourish for a long time, and the tangerin essential oil has an incredible taste! Apply the balm by itself at any time, or before your lipstick, to fix it and avoid dryness.
4- I FOCUS ON NUTRITION …
For the face, choose some quite oily or butter formulas, to bring comfort and nutrition. It’s time to add to your beauty ritual a Honey oxygenating mask once or twice a week, on the all face and neck, previously cleaned up. For the most atopic skins, that feel some tingling and scratching sensations, you should add few drops of the Aloe nutritive pearls in your usual cream. However, for the water lack skins, that have dehydrations lines or discomfort, think about the Bamboo tears that can do miracles on skin hydration level.
5- … AND I DON’T FORGET ABOUT HYDRATION!
Even if it’s cold outside, our body is loosing water every day, without realising it. That’s why it’s important to drink enough water or warm beverages … It will warm yourself as well!
Now you are ready and protected to face up any cold snap, and to cheer you up a little more … It’s Christmas coming soon!
