5 MAKEUP ADVICES TO IMPRESS YOUR SISTER-IN-LAW FOR CHRISTMAS !

You have finally bought all gifts for your family, your outfit for the party and decided about the menu … what a good news ! And when you think that you could eventually have some rest before those gargantuan menu, you just have a look on your makeup kit, and … Oh my god, what kind of makeup am I going to wear ?!

1- THE COMPLEXION : ESSENTIAL STEP TO UNIFY, CORRECT AND BEAUTIFY !
Pull all out’ ! First well moisturize your skin with a good face cream (the Bamboo one for example), then apply a blur by light touches (the mint-lemon one would ensure you a very long-lasting makeup). Concealer for imperfections, foundation to unify, blush to enhance the cheeks, and draw/shape the eyebrows … Don’t forget anything to have a real party look and a flawless complexion !

2- THE EYES : CHOOSE THE COLOUR HARMONY …
According to your outfit, your skin tone, your hair, or just the colour of your eyes, makeup has to be HAR-MO-NIOUS ! For example you can use some blue to remind your dress, or some warm colour (orange, red …) to exalt your golden complexion …






3- … AND ADAPT TO THE SHAPE OF THE EYES
You could have almond eyes shape, with a large or small eyelid, but you always have to remember this golden rule : light/pearly/glossy eyeshadows expand the eyelid, and dark/mat eyeshadows shrink the eyelid. For example you could « cheat » and expand your small eyes with light/pearly colours that you apply further than eye socket.

4- THE MOUTH : MAXIMUM INTENSITY
Don’t hesitate to use intense and deep colours, such as a nice and warm red lipstick. Apply first the same tone lip pencil, to draw the lips and make sure that the colour stays longer. Then, after applying your lipstick, pinch a tissue between your lips and apply again, for better hold all night !
